TWELVE LIGHTS PROJECT FOR MAY 6TH
We will collect items and place them in a zip lock bag and distribute to Mobile Nursing and Rehab and Gulf Coast Rehab.
We will meet at Creekwood at 9:30 a.m. and travel to the nursing homes to visit and pass out the goody bags.
We will take the minibus.

WE ARE ASKING FOR DONATIONS for the goody bags and there are sign-up sheets at the welcome center.
The items requested are: lotion, non skid socks, note pads, activity books (large print), Chap Stick and gallon size zip-lock slider bags.
If you would rather make a donation you may give you money to Dawn and she will shop for you.
Please place items in the box located in the foyer marked Twelve Lights Project.
